My name is István Máté, I live and create in Hungary.

All my fine art activity started with portrait drawing, and shortly after a year I switched to painting. I really like portrait and landscape painting, However I feel that the best way I can express my feelings and momentary moods is the abstract paintings.

The inspiration is coming from the joys of everyday life, which could be it a taste, a smell, a song, or not least the smile of my lovely child.
